Terms and Conditions

1. With purchases of HK$800 or above, you can enjoy free single location delivery service. If the purchase amount is less than HK$799.99, the delivery service fee is HK$100.

2. Delivery service is limited to
a. Monday to Friday, no services on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday
b. There are places that provide elevator services can be reached directly
c. The service does not include moving goods indoors
d. Delivery service is temporarily not available in the following areas:
-Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Outlying Islands
-Any restricted area or areas where trucks are prohibited

3. If you have any special needs, please list them in the "Special Delivery" request column. The service department will contact you to discuss the feasibility and make appropriate arrangements.

4. If there is any change to the delivery address or delivery period after the order is placed, please notify us immediately.
Our company’s door-to-door service does not include the transportation of goods to the house, so if the goods in the house are damaged during the transportation, the company will not be liable and compensate for any loss or damage

5. Special arrangements affected by inclement weather
When the gale signal is hoisted and the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or if we judge that the delivery is unsafe, the delivery service will be postponed and the company will contact you to change the delivery date.
